I had a slow leak on a drive tire on my motorhome. The tech found the leak was around the valve stem where it came through the rim. He installed a new valve stem and got us back on the road in a timely manner. Thanks for good service.
This tire store and staff are awesome. On a recent trip from Georgia to Louisiana, I stumbled in needing two new tires as one of mine would not hold air at all. As I pulled in noticing all tha cars in the parking lot, I figured they would be too busy to help me. They squeezed me in and even though it was busy, they still took care of me. So grateful for Southern Tire Mart having our size of tire and saving us from the side of the road. Big D was very professional, kind, and efficient and had us back on the road quickly! We lost our tread on our passenger front tire on our 45ft motorhome and after an hr of unsuccessful phone calls, Loves suggested Southern Tire Mart. They sent someone out immediately (1.5 hrs away) and got us taken care of!
This place is AWESOME! We are full-time RVers and had a bad tire. We needed a Goodyear Endurance tire - no other place could help us. Kyle was extremely helpful. Their vendor promised us one the next day - HE DELIVERED!! One day turnover! Not only did they get us get the new tire, but Kyle had it mounted that very day. Can't say how grateful we are for such super customer service.
Ron and Big B are the man... men? They were awesome! We coulda been on the shoulder in 93° heat for 5 hours or waiting on a wrecker but not with these guy on the clock we wernt they got out to us quick found the problem didnt have the right stuff went and got it and we're back within maybe 45min had it fixed and us on our mary way. Idk who's in charge over there but these guys deserve a raise and some praise! Thank you so much guys!!!!!
