I’ve been to this location several times over the years for tires on my commercial vehicle. Service here is always great. They are helpful and knowledgeable. This place is always clean! Restrooms are stocked and cleaned first thing every morning.
Words cannot explain how grateful I am for this location. Chris Scott and his team took care of my truck needs in a emergency situation. His team waited after hours for my arrival. That is very rare these days. I had to get an inverter replaced in my 2019 freightliner Cascadia in late December of 2024 and these guys did a awesome job. I also purchase tires and had my AC/ heater blower replaced before go on the road and the team took there time to ensure quality work and I was out the same day. Top Sup Stars at this STM. Chris and the guys here are true top notch caring STM folks that truly 100% care about customers. Im an owner op, and had a issue, the store in Fort Worth on Monty said to come see Chris over here and would get fixed right up. I called the Mockingbird store, spoke to Chris, went over to this STM store, was taken care of immediately. I have been to many STM stores and I have to say, this one is TOP NOTCH!!!!
This place is very well run. They worked fast and the customer service was top notch. Will definitely be back for all of my tire needs.
