Jaun is truly an amazing technician. He did a 6 wheel alignment for me on my 2015 Peterbuilt. He took his going over every step of the process with me. He found where the last shop who did my alignment screw up and had my rear axels pulling against each other. What a waste of time and miss direction. We purchased a set tires for my rig and had one blow out. After confirming with staff about warranty replacement approval, they denied the tire replacement because I didn't drag the bad tire 500 miles. We specifically asked if they needed it and we were told no. We had sent pics, dates, receipts etc. They even set an appointment for us and they completely denied any service or replacement. I’ve been to this location several times over the years for tires on my commercial vehicle. Service here is always great. They are helpful and knowledgeable. This place is always clean! Restrooms are stocked and cleaned first thing every morning.
