My first exposure to Southern Tire Mart was about a year ago when I got a nail in my tire and brought it into the shop to get it fixed. They got right on it and quickly fixed the tire. I asked what I owed them, and the owner said "No charge, have a great day". I knew right then that I was dealing with a good company and decided that when I needed new tires in the future I would stop in again. First, Southern tire went above and beyond making sure my tire replacement experience on my motorhome was a.pleasant experience. My initial contact to order my tires and get the tires in immediately was the first sign of a good experience, and the quoted price was excellent. They even held the tires until my schedule allowed installation. When I arrived I came in about lunch time ( I was early), but the whole crew worked to get me in and out in just over an hour and then took their lunch, upon which I paid the quoted price... read more

I had a flat on US 491 N on Friday night. Dennison, the tire technician was on time, polite, super efficient, and an all around pleasant and professional young man. He had my tire changed in less than 30 minutes!!! Highly recommend this facility for roadside repair!!!
