Southern Tire Mart keeps impressing me. I showed up at night with a big nail in my tire, parked and waited for them to open. As soon as they did, they fixed everything in literally half an hour — fast, high-quality, and for a reasonable price. Big thanks to the shop and the professional who took care of the problem. Before that I stopped at a big truck stop a couple miles away, and the moment I walked in they told me to “buy a new tire,” almost twice the real price — trying to sell a Bridgestone drive tire for $890 😆.
Just put 2 front tires on my cutaway box truck. With the new alignment,.. it's driving awesome. 5 star service. Less than 2 hour wait. Convenient in and out.
We needed drive tires for our semi truck pretty quickly and had called other locations of Southern Tire Mart. Nobody had what we needed but when we called the Fulton Industrial location in Atlanta, we spoke to a guy named John (I think) his salesman ID is 16500. Anyway he immediately told us he didn’t have what we needed but if we would head on down he would have it delivered by the time we arrived. Had an amazing experience here! They got me in right away, finished the job much faster than expected, and the price was fair. The staff made the process easy and stress-free. Will definitely be coming back.
DO NOT show up on a Saturday at the norcross GA location thinking they’re open (since their website says they are) they are not.. if someone from this company is reading this please change your advertised hours on your website and on your front door.
