Southern Tire Mart keeps impressing me. I showed up at night with a big nail in my tire, parked and waited for them to open. As soon as they did, they fixed everything in literally half an hour — fast, high-quality, and for a reasonable price. Big thanks to the shop and the professional who took care of the problem. Before that I stopped at a big truck stop a couple miles away, and the moment I walked in they told me to “buy a new tire,” almost twice the real price — trying to sell a Bridgestone drive tire for $890 😆.
Had an amazing experience here! They got me in right away, finished the job much faster than expected, and the price was fair. The staff made the process easy and stress-free. Will definitely be coming back.
Just put 2 front tires on my cutaway box truck. With the new alignment,.. it's driving awesome. 5 star service. Less than 2 hour wait. Convenient in and out.
We needed drive tires for our semi truck pretty quickly and had called other locations of Southern Tire Mart. Nobody had what we needed but when we called the Fulton Industrial location in Atlanta, we spoke to a guy named John (I think) his salesman ID is 16500. Anyway he immediately told us he didn’t have what we needed but if we would head on down he would have it delivered by the time we arrived. Great service, great price, quick & easy. My tire blew out on the highway, this place was the closest, turns out to be the best, option. They offered to replace the tire with my own spare for free, instead they ordered and picked up the size tire I needed, and still the replacement took less than an hour. They even put my spare and all my tools back nicely where they belong. Job well done. I appreciate the honesty and transparency and efforts from the team.
