Great service, great price, quick & easy. My tire blew out on the highway, this place was the closest, turns out to be the best, option. They offered to replace the tire with my own spare for free, instead they ordered and picked up the size tire I needed, and still the replacement took less than an hour. They even put my spare and all my tools back nicely where they belong. Job well done. I appreciate the honesty and transparency and efforts from the team.
We needed drive tires for our semi truck pretty quickly and had called other locations of Southern Tire Mart. Nobody had what we needed but when we called the Fulton Industrial location in Atlanta, we spoke to a guy named John (I think) his salesman ID is 16500. Anyway he immediately told us he didn’t have what we needed but if we would head on down he would have it delivered by the time we arrived. They had my truck for over a week, and never turned a wrench. We’re talking about an oil change. Complete waste of time. Just another example of a company in Atlanta that can’t do what they advertise they say they do…
Never had a issue tell now , the put the lugs on so tight That 4 lugs would not come off had to cut the chrome caps off , Company wouldn't replace the 4 with new they gave me 4 used lugs that wasn't any good on my 60k truck . An wouldn't order me oem ones . .Be warned ⚠️
The guys out in the shop are amazing fast and don't mess around. But the guys in the office are very rude and racist wouldn't even look my way when I walked in to get a tire replaced after my boss called in. Giving me a hard time to tell me where and how to pull the truck in very rude and unprofessional of the service managers. The only reason I gave two stars if ot was for the guys outside they would've gotten 5
