These are great people and they work quickly too. I appreciate the helpfulness. I called them and brought this in and they talked me through options and swapped it out really quickly for me. Tons of space to get in and out too.
Had a blow out on my trailer about an hour from them! I called them and they said they close a 5 p.m. i said would be there at 4:54 p.m. and ask if they would please wait for me and with no hesitation they said absolutely we wont leave you hanging! I rolled in at 4:54 p.m. and they were waiting in the parking lot to guide me back into the shop and by the time i went in to pay and get my paperwork those guys were done in literally 10 minutes! Went in there. Got four tires on my trailer 40-ft trailer. Plenty of room price was right. The techs did their job everything was beautiful
Brian Downer with STM help us out in a pinch! I work for a truck rental company in Birmingham, AL and had a customer with a flat & Brian took care of it. A screw punctured the tire and they were able to patch it without having to replace. Other vendors would had just replaced without even trying just so they could up charge. Class act on their part!
Every southern tire mart i have ever been to has been great and they have the best road service also
