I called ahead about having a flat. I called Thomas at southern tire mart. He said he had a tech avaliable. I pulled in 15 min later and Roger jumped right on it. Good group of guys. Had me in and out. Will continue to use Thomas and his guys at southern tires.

Drove 90 miles one way to get 2 new floatation tires. They said the tires had been mounted on a rim but were new. Nothing new about this and to boot the date on them was Week 1 of 2020. Year and a half old! Took a lot to walk away without raising hell. Piss poor service and A+ rating for deceit.

Highly recommend! I was sent to Southern Tire Mart by Daniels Tire Shop because I had one tire with the lug nuts ceased on. The staff was quick to try and get them off. When that was unsuccessful they made some calls and connected me to someone who they believed would get the lugs off. Even though I didn't purchase anything from them, they happily gave 30 mins of their work day to see if they could help. I appreciate their kindness and helpfulness to put me in contact with the next place I went.

From what I could see they have a great staff. Nice normal personalities. I work for in a large tanker type of truck and they were very hospitable. Not a long wait considering it's a large commercial vehicle. I really enjoyed the visit.
