We got a flat tire on the side of the highway, about 20 miles past Hawthorne on a road trip from Arizona to Oregon. We were frazzled with cranky kids in the car and no service to speak of. We managed to figure out how to put on a donut for the first time so yay us!😅 We drove back to Hawthorne and without a call or appointment, Cameron at Southern Tire Mart helped us out big time! The tires on our motorhome seemed to be low on air as we were traveling through. We stopped in to see if they could help and we were seen immediately. We were back on the road quickly and no longer had to worry for the rest of our journey. Thank you!
Very nice folks, came in after hours, and got my tire replaced quickly.
This place fixed a flat and ordered me a new set of off road tires for my Dodge Ram. They are on point with communication. The woman that runs the shop knows how to properly answer questions. The men that work in the shop are fast and hardworking men. I would much rather give this shop my money than a corporate shop. If you need new tires, I highly recommend this place.
Amazing! First class service. We blew a tire 60 mi out of town. Put our terrible spare on it and limped into this shop. Great place for travelers to get impeccable service without getting gouged.
