These guys are amazing! First time in our trucking life we experienced something like this. One of our truck’s drive tires had a slow air leak due to a small nail. We checked with another shop and they quoted us around $400 for the repair. Later, when Southern Tire Mart opened, our driver stopped by for a check. I went in for a flat repair, found out that the last tire place that rotated my tires did not change the pressures when moving tires from back to front and did not address the new tire locations for the truck computer. The guys at Southern Tire Mart not only fixed my flat and did all the work that the other guy was paid to do, but they refused payment! I would definitely buy tires from these guys and will do so next time. Highly recommend
We got a flat tire on the side of the highway, about 20 miles past Hawthorne on a road trip from Arizona to Oregon. We were frazzled with cranky kids in the car and no service to speak of. We managed to figure out how to put on a donut for the first time so yay us!😅 We drove back to Hawthorne and without a call or appointment, Cameron at Southern Tire Mart helped us out big time! We were staying in Hawthorne for the week and was having an issue with the hitch height of our 5th wheel. Showed up Monday morning at 8:00 am, told Kyle our problem ,he had us back on the road in under an hour. Thank you Kyle !
