Over a year ago, and after two flat tires in as many weeks, I got all four of my riding mower tires filled with urethane through Southern Tire Mart. No flat tires since. Best money I ever spent. STM was also able to get a set of five truck tires for me in an odd rim size. They weren't in stock, but the turnaround was still super fast. Shout out to Gabe for providing excellent customer service.
2 1/2 months ago, I changed a tire and first of all, they charged me a lot of money for alignment and tires. They charge me 450 for alignments, which was very bad alignment. They don’t have a a certified person to do that alignment and for the tire they charge me also a lot of money. trucks or your tires. I just wanna tell you guys I avoid the place just go to the small business because this big businesses they take your money but they don’t care about your trucks or your tires.
The store manager John picked up the phone after the store closed to give me prices on tires. I was looking for something to get me through the holidays, and was able to find the best prices here. I have been shopping at the red store down the road for the last ten years, but I think I might have found a new store as my go to.. He ordered them from dallas, so you might want to call ahead to see if tires are in stock.
I went to this shop twice to get alignment and balancing done on my truck tires. The first time was at 1:00 PM. They said they were not available and told me to come back the next day. They also said they don’t take appointments and work on a first-come, first-served basis. Three or four days later, I went again at 8:30 in the morning. Very nice, clean facility. One of the few places in Austin area that can do a full alignment on a class a rv, freightliner chassis. Appointments are best. Easy to get in and out, close to 130 toll. Friendly staff.
