2 1/2 months ago, I changed a tire and first of all, they charged me a lot of money for alignment and tires. They charge me 450 for alignments, which was very bad alignment. They don’t have a a certified person to do that alignment and for the tire they charge me also a lot of money. trucks or your tires. I just wanna tell you guys I avoid the place just go to the small business because this big businesses they take your money but they don’t care about your trucks or your tires.
I went to this shop twice to get alignment and balancing done on my truck tires. The first time was at 1:00 PM. They said they were not available and told me to come back the next day. They also said they don’t take appointments and work on a first-come, first-served basis. Three or four days later, I went again at 8:30 in the morning. There was only one truck inside and no other vehicles waiting, but they still didn’t do my job and again suggested I come back the next day. The store manager John picked up the phone after the store closed to give me prices on tires. I was looking for something to get me through the holidays, and was able to find the best prices here. I have been shopping at the red store down the road for the last ten years, but I think I might have found a new store as my go to.. He ordered them from dallas, so you might want to call ahead to see if tires are in stock.
Every time I call this location, I’m told something different. I’ve been calling about a freightliner truck and trailer alignment for two months. The first time I called and asked if they did semi truck and trailer alignments I was told yes first come first serve and then I said, I’ll just head up there then and the guy immediately said we couldn’t get you in here today. Very nice, clean facility. One of the few places in Austin area that can do a full alignment on a class a rv, freightliner chassis. Appointments are best. Easy to get in and out, close to 130 toll. Friendly staff.
