Customer service is alive and well at Southern tire Mart! Pat was referred to me to get my flat fixed. Took care of it and I was on my way. A few days later I noticed I was having an issue, called Pat he said come on in let’s check it out. He checked it out, had to give me a new tire, due to an issue on their part without question he changed out the tire. That just doesn’t happen anymore. Thank you Pat for your integrity, I am a customer for life!! Ckydette
