Service was great. Had a potential blowout and had to shut down for the night at Pilot in Schulenburg, Texas. Located on 77@I-10. I called Southern Tire in the afternoon. Closest location was in Katy Texas. I was in Schulenburg. Despite that Duran arrived in a timely manner, and when they said he would arrive. My new friend Duran brought 2 tires just in case I needed an extra for trailer. We went ahead and changed out both to be safe and I kept 1 for spare. Mi primo, Duran came to the rescue. 😂 JK it’s funny. We have the same last names. By the time he arrived, he replaced the tire and mudflap within 15 to 20 minutes. I was able to be on my way to my destination
Southern Tire Mart in Katy has helped me get the right quality tire for my trucks. Every one of the folks there are helpful and courteous; they have got me out of a bind or two. I have used other companies before but these folks are top notch!
