I bought tires here a few months ago and had a slow leak from road debris in one of them...I stopped in the day I was travelling to the airport and told them about the issue...they quickly helped me, plugged the tire, and had me on my way. Super courteous, attentive, and helpful. I would recommend them over the other competitors in Craig as I never got this level of service from many of them.
I was pretty bummed when I came in for my 10:00 appointment for them to tell me they weren't ready for me and could I come back hours later. No one had called me and I had driven from another town an hour ish away. I waited around in town and at 11:00 I got a call asking if I could come in now or I would need to wait until noon. Their next appointment was at noon and they didn't want to push back that appointment even though they had pushed mine back without notification. These guys are amazing! Eric has been wonderful to work with! I really appreciate the fact that he goes above and beyond to make sure that quality workmanship is done and his prices are super reasonable! It’s nice to see a business that still has amazing work ethic and obviously cares about his customers. I would highly recommend Eric and his staff!
