Fantastic Service! They were able to get me in with zero notice and check out our tire right away. They then checked for leaks, found a faulty valve stem, and replaced it, all for free! Even loaded the tire into my car for me. Great people. I think Brent or Brant or something was the name of the tire technician and he was excellent, definitely give him a raise. If the name is wrong or not enough to verify who it was, he was the only technician working at 2 pm on 7/27/26.
They got me in immediately. Price was more than fair! They do great business and will have all my future business from here on out! Thank you Tire Mart staff for taking such good care of me.
$25 each to mount and balance 8" trailer tires that were off the trailer. Nobody balances small trailer tires. The tires were twice as much as on line. Not a good first experience!
I was pretty bummed when I came in for my 10:00 appointment for them to tell me they weren't ready for me and could I come back hours later. No one had called me and I had driven from another town an hour ish away. I waited around in town and at 11:00 I got a call asking if I could come in now or I would need to wait until noon. Their next appointment was at noon and they didn't want to push back that appointment even though they had pushed mine back without notification. I bought tires here a few months ago and had a slow leak from road debris in one of them...I stopped in the day I was travelling to the airport and told them about the issue...they quickly helped me, plugged the tire, and had me on my way. Super courteous, attentive, and helpful. I would recommend them over the other competitors in Craig as I never got this level of service from many of them.
