Dillon did a fabulous job swapped out my tire and rim in less than 10 minutes. Could not be any happier if I’m ever traveling in the area and I need a tire I will definitely stop by here.
We bought new tires for our GMC Sierra and they also gave us an alignment and did an overall check and said everything was good to go. Then we noticed a noise that wasn't there before and found that they had damaged something in the process and didn't fix it. So we went back and explained why we were back. They promptly apologized for the oversight and installed a new part without charge. We will definitely be coming back.
Gave me a good price on my RV tires, not impressed with the service. One of the valve stem extenders broke and they secured it with a zip tie which is ok but failed to bring it to my attention so I could make a permanent repair. The big problem the ladder on my RV got damaged as if it was backed into a door, again they failed to bring it to my attention only to let me find it later.
Finally a place that believes in customer service. I was immediately greeted with a “welcome” and a smile when I walked in. I was in an out of there super fast and I 110% recommend this shop to everyone. I will definitely be going back.
After our 2nd blowout on our RV we had STM come out and put a new tire on for us and then the next morning went back and had them change out the other one. Everyone was very helpful and courteous, from the fella who came out and gave us roadside assistance to the technician that changed the tire at the store, we both were really impressed!! Highly recommend giving them a call!!
