Gave me a good price on my RV tires, not impressed with the service. One of the valve stem extenders broke and they secured it with a zip tie which is ok but failed to bring it to my attention so I could make a permanent repair. The big problem the ladder on my RV got damaged as if it was backed into a door, again they failed to bring it to my attention only to let me find it later.
Finally a place that believes in customer service. I was immediately greeted with a “welcome” and a smile when I walked in. I was in an out of there super fast and I 110% recommend this shop to everyone. I will definitely be going back.
I had a blown tire on Rt10. We were about 5 miles away, and got new tires to replace the old. The rim on the one side was messed up but they had another one of the same size. Thanks for getting us back on the road with the new rubber! 💜
After our 2nd blowout on our RV we had STM come out and put a new tire on for us and then the next morning went back and had them change out the other one. Everyone was very helpful and courteous, from the fella who came out and gave us roadside assistance to the technician that changed the tire at the store, we both were really impressed!! Highly recommend giving them a call!!
These folks were very helpful and friendly in getting my Tesla model Y continental Pro contact RX tires patched quickly and efficiently. The folks at Firestone near the Academy called my tires “oddball” and sent me here, and I’m glad they did! Thanks for your quick help.
