Amazing service, our tire blew out on I-65. With drive flat tire we were able to drive to this location and waited for them to open at 7am, everyone were great, got our Pirelli tire from Mobile and had us on the road by 9am. VERY IMPRESSIVE SERVICE!
On July 1, 2024, I recently visited Southern Tire Mart to have five trailer tires changed, costing me $1057.20. After driving just 51 miles from the shop, I noticed grease leaking from my trailer hub cap, clearly indicating damage caused during the tire change. When I contacted the manager to report the issue, he unprofessionally tried to shift the blame onto me. I had a coolant hose blow on right at the exit for the shop. I couldn't get any of the shops around the area to answer my call. I called them just before the they were about to close and the manager came and picked me up in his car and took me to get the parts I needed to fix my truck. Thanks to him I made my load on time. Thank God for the help they gave me.
Great place with such a friendly staff! We hit a pothole and blew a tire on the way to the beach. They had me up and running in no time! Thank you all so much for your help!
