My best friend and I were otw home from orange beach and the air started slowly leaking out of my back right tire. We were clueless as to what to do. Her husband said to find a tire shop. Obviously we were a bit nervous bc we were in unknown territory but this place took very good care of us! They were quick, friendly, very affordable and the place was very nice and clean. I’d definitely recommend them!! Superb service!!!
Amazing service, our tire blew out on I-65. With drive flat tire we were able to drive to this location and waited for them to open at 7am, everyone were great, got our Pirelli tire from Mobile and had us on the road by 9am. VERY IMPRESSIVE SERVICE!
On July 1, 2024, I recently visited Southern Tire Mart to have five trailer tires changed, costing me $1057.20. After driving just 51 miles from the shop, I noticed grease leaking from my trailer hub cap, clearly indicating damage caused during the tire change. When I contacted the manager to report the issue, he unprofessionally tried to shift the blame onto me. I was serviced by a legend ; deserving MORE than a raise, named Kris. Saved me.. NOT JUST “Stopped by , for an inner rear tire” & got it done faster than I EVER could have , on any Sedan / S.U.V I could name. Clueless to what we paid - yet his MANUAL SERVICE was worth top dollar … even in 2030 I DO NOT CARE what our economics claim. God bless you Kris , I hope to see you again .. although thinking of it , it IS scary to have to call assistance :(
Flat tire at 4pm on a Friday . Chris showed up within an hour and had the tire swapped in 30 minutes. Very impressed with service. Can't speak highly enough.
