I needed 4 tires mounted and balanced. The service department was more than happy to get it done. They were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The price was fair, and I was glad to pay. There are cheaper shops in the area, but nowhere near the quality of service. This service experience made me want to do business with them. I absolutely recommend them. The shop looks well organized looking from the window in the waiting area, and the waiting area was very nice, neat, and clean.
The gentlemen made me feel like familia and are very knowledgeable in the art of tire works,, I’ll be back for sure ,very soon
While on an RV trip through TX, a tire on my fifth wheel began to slowly lose pressure. Fearing the potential for a blowout on the freeway, we pulled into a Southern Tire Mart in Buda TX. We were directed to pull right into a service bay. I went into the office to explain the issue to Jared, the manager, and his technicians went to work immediately to pull the tire. Tire sales and service pull all the way to the back building. They were friendly and quick to take information. I went in with possible nail/screw and low pressure on front and rear drivers side tires. They were quick to find nothing wrong on front, just low pressure. The rear inside tire had a bad valve stem. All tires were checked and properly inflated. Honesty and integrity seem to be a thing here. I recommend them for tire sales and service.
