Had a great experience at this location. Just want to tip my hat to Eli, he's one of the hardest working guys in the shop, I sat there for 35 minutes and watched everybody in the shop, and Eli never stops moving and always keeps working. They need to give that guy a Pat on the back.
Set here for 3 hours to have two tires put on and 4 employees just standing around with there hands n there pocket talkin while one guy does all the work never be back if I can help it
Had some work done at this store. Had new steering tires and alinement done. When I checked the tire pressure I had 120 lbs. in left tire and 70 lbs. in the right. You need to check out your truck yourself.They just seem to think they had to do something to my truck because I told him not to get any smoke in it. If you have a problem there don’t bother talking to the manager Kevin he’s nothing but a joke. I do not plan on coming back to this location. Good luck to anyone using this location
Arrived at 4:40 needing two tires blown on and balanced (should only take a few mins). The doors were still open when we arrived. They refused to help and then proceeded to close the doors saying that all of the guys said no and they “turned off the air compressor” (also something that would only take a few mins to build air). Also note they don’t close until 5!!!
