Arrived at 4:40 needing two tires blown on and balanced (should only take a few mins). The doors were still open when we arrived. They refused to help and then proceeded to close the doors saying that all of the guys said no and they “turned off the air compressor” (also something that would only take a few mins to build air). Also note they don’t close until 5!!!
Had some work done at this store. Had new steering tires and alinement done. When I checked the tire pressure I had 120 lbs. in left tire and 70 lbs. in the right. You need to check out your truck yourself.They just seem to think they had to do something to my truck because I told him not to get any smoke in it. If you have a problem there don’t bother talking to the manager Kevin he’s nothing but a joke. I do not plan on coming back to this location. Good luck to anyone using this location
What a fabulous shop! Work gets done effectively & efficiently & right. Recommend coming here for all your tire needs.
Slow service a couple times …. Store says opens at 7 i get here today at 6:30 to be first in line and and nobody shows up to after 7:30
Paid almost 2000 for 4 tire mount balance they didn’t balance no indication of weights on wheels brought right back waiting for 1hour truck still never went in the shop sooo just had to leave to find better professional tire store extremely unprofessional
