I went in thinking my car had multiple issues, but Alex and Tony were upfront and honest turns out I only needed new brakes! Everything else checked out great. I really appreciated their honesty and the fact that I wasn’t overcharged. They had me in and out in no time. With locations in both Mississippi and Tennessee, I’ll definitely be coming back for all my car service needs. Thanks again for your diligence and great service!

I have to shout out to Southern Tire Mart in Batesville AR and Laverne, TN! We are on a 2 day, 15 hour road trip…Arkansas to VA pulling the LQ horse trailer (without a horse)…this morning as we left Nashville, everytime we touched the truck brakes, the truck would shake uncontrollably. Looking ahead at the mountains of East TN/VA, we knew we couldn’t keep going. Hottest day of the year, and the Gas Station air pump let all air out of my tire and wouldn’t function afterwards. All hopes seemed lost while calling for about an hour everywhere and Seth on dispatch went out of his way to set a mechanic up to come down and assist me on getting some air in the tire so I can get back on the road and out of the heat.
