When my trailer tire blew, I was stressed and stuck but Brandon didn’t hesitate. He pulled up, got straight to work, and handled it like a pro. He was very respectful, calm, and patient the entire time. Changing trailer tires isn’t easy, but he made it look simple, safe, and smooth If you ever need somebody reliable, hardworking, and professional, Brandon is definitely the one to call.
If I could give Southern Tire Mart more than five stars, I would. Tony, the manager, sets the standard for what a professional and honest shop should be. From start to finish, he and his team handled everything thoroughly, communicated clearly, and delivered work that was done right the first time. I made my 2nd trip to Southern Tire Mart in La Vergne. I came back to this location because Tony Chambers is AWESOME! (I had to get his card) He is the 3 P's, polite, professional, and prompt with his service. He was knowledgeable about what I needed for my business vehicles and gave me great advice for how to keep them running well. I will continue to be a customer of Southern Tire Mart.
They have to be the best mechanic shop I have ever been to. They always get the job done fast at a good price and are friendly. I have been here over five times for different things and never get ripped off like some places that charge you hundreds of dollars in labor costs for a 30 second fix.
