If I could give Southern Tire Mart more than five stars, I would. Tony, the manager, sets the standard for what a professional and honest shop should be. From start to finish, he and his team handled everything thoroughly, communicated clearly, and delivered work that was done right the first time. They have to be the best mechanic shop I have ever been to. They always get the job done fast at a good price and are friendly. I have been here over five times for different things and never get ripped off like some places that charge you hundreds of dollars in labor costs for a 30 second fix.
I made my 2nd trip to Southern Tire Mart in La Vergne. I came back to this location because Tony Chambers is AWESOME! (I had to get his card) He is the 3 P's, polite, professional, and prompt with his service. He was knowledgeable about what I needed for my business vehicles and gave me great advice for how to keep them running well. I will continue to be a customer of Southern Tire Mart.
I am a lady and I feel like sometimes us women get took advantage of when we go to a tire shop or need to get an alignment or mechanical work. But not here they showed me my alignment print out and explained what I needed. I paid with cash and spoke with there billing lady and she was so nice. So shoutout to there alignment tech and billing clerk. :) Give these guys a try.
