I recently purchased 2 steer tires for my semi truck. 1 of the tires had some manufacturing issues. I called my contact, Moises, at Southern Tire Mart in Corona, and he was able to resolve the issue and get me back on the road safely. I have been a client of Southern Tire Mart for several years, and they always pull through as a team. reliable, professional, accountable, and affordable.
I had Diego from the Corona, California location come out to were I live in Santa Monica. He replaced all seven tires on my motorhome, mount and balanced each one from his mobile unit. Diego was Fantastic and definitely deserves "FIve Stars" for this service call. The Team at Southern Tire Mart #705 provided outstanding service. Our trailer uses uncommon size tires and rims. Sales Rep Moises Sandoval went above and beyond call of duty. He located our needs for 4 tires, and 8 rims. He ordered and had available our materials prior to our arrival and was willing to hold these until we arrived 2 weeks later; he took a risk, considering these were not paid for and are not a common market need.
