Central Valley Joshua here I’m currently pulled over on the side of the road by plaza park my tire blew out. I gave Southern tire Mart a call for a tire They were fast efficient, and very, very helpful in this time of need five stars all day thank you TEAM!!!
Bad Bad Bad service First of all Anthony needs better training at customer service and giving better timelines ive had this issuse with him in the past. Ive tried seeing past those issues but man hes difficult and ive had people tell me they would never take their vehicle there again cause of the service
Brought in a new wheel to replace damaged wheel on a 2021 Honda accord and was helped right away. Owner I think and technician named David I believe we're kind and helpful. Was only charged $30.00 dollars for wheel swap, mounting and tire balance. I was hesitant to stop here at first because of the overall review score but i live nearby and didn't want to drive out, so i took a chance and glad i did.
