Professional, good prices and things move along when you come in for service. I've come here for new tires, balancing and even getting tractor tires switched out. I've brought our dually 3500 here several times and I'll continue to come back. Another fantastic Columbia business. Highly recommend.
Amazing friendliness low price and fast delivery service over night parking in loading docks 1hr unloading process
Called and ask about getting some tires and rims installed on my truck. I was told they didn’t want my business. When I asked why, I was hung up on. I have done business with STM for years, but not anymore.
They always have amazing customer service with a friendly smile and good attitude. I’ve been using southern tire mart for almost 20 now and continue to recommend them family and friends. Weather it’s the home store in Columbia Ms or the one in North Las Vegas, Nv I’m always treated with the utmost respect.
The only reason I'm giving them two stars is cuz they actually had my tractor tire in stock however they don't know how to mount a tubed tractor tire. Columbia was the store that had the tire in stock which is an hour away from my house by the time I got back to my house it was flat so I called them told them about it and they told me that I could take it and get it fixed at the Hattiesburg store which is closer to me.
