I called STM on Monday March 2nd looking for tires for my big rig.. Spoke with Denise & she said I’d have to wait a couple days bc they needed to “order” them.. When I showed up the following Monday March 9th.. The steer tires (Bridgestone 283s) she claims to have ordered for me was made three years ago according to the DOT date.. After I told her I couldn’t justify paying nearly $1,000 for tires of that age, she replied with.. Best place to get your alignment! Mr Danny and Mr austin is amazing they will get your alignment perfect no matter what . And if anything is out of order theyll let you know asap. Mrs lori at the front desk has always been amazing and professional . If you have alignment troubles take it here and the team with definitely take care of you ! 🫡❤️
I went in for an alignment on my truck. The guy that “aligned” it i don’t know his name tall red headed dude. Claimed he couldn’t get it straight but never told me why. So now I have camber on my passenger tire still and the driver side is perfect. He then said that I had slack in my ball joints and claimed that because they were Detroit axle that they were cheap. They tried to recommend Napa gold ball joints but it’s all made the same and made to perform in the same way. 90 something dollars later I leave with a half aligne... read more
Professional, good prices and things move along when you come in for service. I've come here for new tires, balancing and even getting tractor tires switched out. I've brought our dually 3500 here several times and I'll continue to come back. Another fantastic Columbia business. Highly recommend.
