Professional, good prices and things move along when you come in for service. I've come here for new tires, balancing and even getting tractor tires switched out. I've brought our dually 3500 here several times and I'll continue to come back. Another fantastic Columbia business. Highly recommend.

They always have amazing customer service with a friendly smile and good attitude. I’ve been using southern tire mart for almost 20 now and continue to recommend them family and friends. Weather it’s the home store in Columbia Ms or the one in North Las Vegas, Nv I’m always treated with the utmost respect.
Called and ask about getting some tires and rims installed on my truck. I was told they didn’t want my business. When I asked why, I was hung up on. I have done business with STM for years, but not anymore.
The people working outside are great. My issue is with the “manager” of this location. I went for a simple balance job. While I was at this location I asked a couple simple questions. The response for the manager was out of this world inappropriate. I asked where I could get a spline lug to which he said he didn’t care. Then if I needed to asked where I could get a replacement rim, also didn’t care. He then told me about the “cheap crap” on my vehicle. That’s okay first and last time I will do business with this company.
