I can’t say enough good things about the Southern Tire Mart in Schertz. On my way to work, I discovered my car battery was dead. I managed to get a ride to work, but I was stressed about how I’d be able to run errands afterward. Went to get our tire patched after picking something up on the road. They were friendly, quick, and reasonably priced. Lee Harrison did a great job with our tire.

Called to see if they had tires in stock. Was told yes. Got there to see if they can figure out what’s causing the wear on the tires. Was told mechanic can tell but not available and was told about an hour to wait for mechanic. Few mins later showed up at my door saying they don’t have but one tire in stock and to go to a different STM. I figured they were trying to get rid of me because of me waiting on mechanic to figure out the reason for tire wear.

Great customer service!! Saturday morning crew on 8/13/22. Arrived for work and had we in and out under 30 minutes. All members of the team worked on my tire. Excellent Team!!! Truly will recommend to friends. Excellent place if you have a heavy duty truck. Thanks again for your professional service. F350 Dually.
