Fast friendly efficient afforable walk-in Johnny-on-the-Spot service allowed me to take advantage of a rare day off to get the best of what they had in stock in my size all while I sipped my Kuerig coffee and watched Price is Right with the old people whom I let have the comfy chairs. LoL. 45min-1 hr max start to finish w/5 ppl in front of me. Thanks guys! Could have easily upsold me on higher end tire options BTW but I walked out of there with what I came in for.
Great customer service but look at your ticket before you pay. Got charged for mounting and balance for 22+ inch tires when my car has 18s. Other than that great place to get tires.
Purchased Truck tires there for my Dodge ram 3500 Dooley crew cab. Very nice people! Install my Tires quickly although there were several people ahead of me play got to me in a very timely fashion, it didn’t take long at all. Best Of all the tires are well balanced, and ride very very smooth on the freeway. I very highly recommend, Southern tire Mart! I’m sure when it’s time for tires for my wife’s car I’ll be returning there to purchase them.
My tire light was on, so I stopped by first thing this morning to see if someone could check the tires to see which one was low. They checked each tire and added air and had me on my way quickly enough that I was not even late for work. The staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this store to anyone.
I carried my truck to have the front end checked said everything was good left there went to another front end place my sway bar bolts were missing on top don’t trust them never be back
