I have been here twice now to get my car serviced. Today I went to get my brakes replaced. The staff working the front were wonderful, kind, and went above and beyond to help me. Both times. Specifically an older gentleman, whose name I unfortunately did not get. As well as Allison. Driving like brand new! Thank you so much.
Never been there but my driver has! 3hrs from home, wheel bearing gone on my Ram 5500- Derrick pulls in and they hook him up. Get a new wheel bearing, brakes rotor and pads on both sides (surely some other stuff) and had him out within a few hours. Very reasonably priced and fast! Was fully expecting to be charged out the you know what for the rush job but I was shocked at the final cost. That’s good business! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU
My husband and I drive semi, so we are no strangers to tire shops, but this is hands down the BEST tire shop out there! We had a 3 axle alignment, tie rod ends replaced, bought/replaced 4 trailer and 2 steer tires. This shop went out of their way to accommodate us. They fixed everything other shops overlooked. We will definitely be back! A special thank you to Danny, Bobby and Brandon. You guys are great!
If I could do less than one star I would. Allison and the bald man in the office called me this morning to say “yeah your tires are here you can come today and get them installed” I say okay be there in a few hours. I arrive and they are the rudest nastiest people personality wise I have ever dealt with. Immediately defensive and say “I tried calling you 3 times to say they weren’t here” Well they called the wrong number. Even saw it on their phones. Wrong number. While on a family trip I ended up in a pickle on the 22 (tire trouble) luckily I was able to make it to Southern Tire! They stayed past their hours to patch our tire and helped us get back on the road quickly! We are so grateful for their kindness.
