I spoke with Michael a couple weeks ago regarding the tire monitor system on my equinox. I was able to get by there today and what a professional and knowledgeable young man. I asked if he would replace those and even check the psi in all tires and could he possibly rotate them for me. He did all of the above in a very timely manner and at a most fair price. I would highly recommend Southern Tire Mart for all of your vehicle tires. Big trucks and small, they seem to do it all.
My second time stopping here on my travels from Florida for horse shows and they were quick to help! Was able to get right in both times around! Thank you again! Will stop here again for any other tire issues
It's easy to tell when someone retaliates against someone like me for example,bought cheap tires and called corporate because I was told my tires weren't there when they were there, they didn't like that I did that but here's a kicker this trucker rolled in way after id been there probably about an hour plus but he left before I did and he had the same amount of tires install which apparently semi truck tires are easier then 17 inch low pros and I'd had already been there. I took my work truck in for a much needed tire. The steel was showing and I needed help quickly. They answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I ended up needed all 6 replaced and it was quick and seamless. I highly recommend everyone there. They are good people and will help get you back to roadworthy quick and easy. Thank you so much. Hello, I call this location and since i call the person on the phone his name is Emanuel Gomez ,he treatme very professional, also he was very helpful with all my questions , i brought my truck to this Southern Tire Mart location . I had 6 new drive tires installed, also installed front & rear balancers all was a great price i was there for 1 hour , their mechanics was fast and professional. I strongly recommend this location. I definitely will come back here for tires jobs. Thank you.
