I spoke with Michael a couple weeks ago regarding the tire monitor system on my equinox. I was able to get by there today and what a professional and knowledgeable young man. I asked if he would replace those and even check the psi in all tires and could he possibly rotate them for me. He did all of the above in a very timely manner and at a most fair price. I would highly recommend Southern Tire Mart for all of your vehicle tires. Big trucks and small, they seem to do it all.
My second time stopping here on my travels from Florida for horse shows and they were quick to help! Was able to get right in both times around! Thank you again! Will stop here again for any other tire issues
It's easy to tell when someone retaliates against someone like me for example,bought cheap tires and called corporate because I was told my tires weren't there when they were there, they didn't like that I did that but here's a kicker this trucker rolled in way after id been there probably about an hour plus but he left before I did and he had the same amount of tires install which apparently semi truck tires are easier then 17 inch low pros and I'd had already been there. We had an issue with our winnebago motor home tire completely checked out all tires and one valve stem was bad fixed and no charge we were so grateful because we were leaving for Ohio since have made the trip with no tire problems highly recommend this company very qualified people.
I took my work truck in for a much needed tire. The steel was showing and I needed help quickly. They answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I ended up needed all 6 replaced and it was quick and seamless. I highly recommend everyone there. They are good people and will help get you back to roadworthy quick and easy. Thank you so much.
