Great service. I pulled in with a trailer containing a tractor tire. They immediately helped me. The pricing was fair. The employees were pleasant and quick to unload the tire, evaluate the damage and explain my options. They were even patient with me to allow me to leave the vehicle with trailer attached, right where it was. Backing up a trailer is not one of my strong skills. I'm super pleased with the service from start to finish.
A few weeks ago my brand new motorhome was sent to them for new tag tires under warranty. Everyone was very nice. I was asked if I wanted them to check all of my tire pressures, I said NO THANK YOU. WELL THEY DID IT ANYWAY AND OUT OF 8 TIRES NOT TWO HAD THE SAME PRESSURE AND MY DASH WARNING LIGHTS LIT UP LIKE A CHRISTMAS TREE. They also put mini valve stem extensions on instead of the OEM caps. Bought six tires for my dually, and although they weren't in stock they had them on the second day installed and balanced. They did a great job and I didn't even need an alignment. I had previously had a golf cart tire fixed there, which was great. Professional with a can-do attitude. I will be back!
Called morning, was quoted 315$ for tire. Driver came shop 11:45am. Now says rate is double after 11AM and the cost is 615$? I've never heard such rules.
This shop has a very friendly and professional crew that just gets it done. They handle all sizes of tires from my car to semis to personally owned military off road vehicles! I can highly recommend them!
