I’m leaving a negative review for this store. Here’s why: I’m driving down the road, I see this huge, beautiful tire shop on the right. I immediately go to their website, pick the size I need, and I can’t see a price. Why build a whole site if I can’t just see the price? Why do I need to request quotes or follow links? Why complicate things? You drive by, see the store, check the website, and decide if the price works. Why waste millions on a fancy site if I can’t just see the price? It’s nonsense. I blew all four of my tires up in the stupid streets of Birmingham, and this store was highly recommended by the google, and I absolutely love the service department, and how quick and efficient they were with my blown out tires. Service department was really funny, and Got all of them replaced fairly quickly and cheap. 10/10 would recommend 🐴🗣️💯💥💥🔥
I had been chasing a shake for a long time I couldn’t figure out what it was I’ve changed major suspension and tires and the shaking persisted. Took my truck here to have the trailer tire changed and they looked into my shaking took the steers off rebalanced them and sent me on my way. As I drove I realized that the shaking had been resolved at least by 90% I thank these guys! They really saved me so much anxiety and worry and money!!! Thank you guys!
