Great people to work with, honest, fair, and very nice. Tim was responsive and helped me get everything taken care of. They did a very thorough job with my tires and alignment. I originally ordered tires for my work truck, first they sent me to the wrong location 20 miles away. When I got to the correct location on claridon in phoenix I waited for almost an hour before anyone acknowledged me and asked what I needed. I tried to ask 3 other employees if they could point me to the right area and they completely ignored me like they didnt know a lick of english.
