Couldn’t ask for a better experience at STM! Hannah (the admin) was great to work with and very professional. The manager, Richard, was great to speak with also. Took great care of me and my ride! Will definitely be back for the customer service and quality work received!
Outstanding. Saved us on our cross country journey. Had two truck tires blow out and were stranded in Magee (45 mins from their shop) We could only could fix one with the spare. They came to us with a tire to fix the other and then we followed them back to the shop and had all new tires put on. This all happened within 5 hours. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Had two bad tires they had to change out. Waited about 3hrs to get my truck back with all tired filled to 80psi. They fixed that issue as i leave i noticed a very bad wobble. Brought it back told them and every looked at me stupid like ive done something wrong. They bring it back in and noticed they put a bad tire on it. I dont not recommend these guys at all no hustle or going out of there way to bring satisfaction. Paid almost $800 for two new tires and they messed up twice with my tires. I have a leveling kit on my f150, there was an issue with the cv joints and the 4 wheel drive. The service manager Kevin was extremely helpful and even took a ride with me to test the 4x4 and make sure everything was fixes. I will definitely be going back for any truck accessories and upgrades.
Wife and I were traveling cross country and stopped in Hattiesburg, MS. Came out from the hotel and noticed low tire and eventually nail. I was 1000 miles from home so I googled tire repair. Was 7am and STM was 5 minutes away. Went there and the manger Kevin Byrd was so kind and helped us. Was my wife’s car and she misplaced the lug key. No problem.
