Had a tool fly off the back of one of their trucks and bust my windshield. The driver of the truck knew it happened, as it did he sped up so I couldn't see the company name on the truck, and exited as soon as he could. However, I was still able to snap a picture of the license plate number, and see the logo as he was exiting the highway. I called a day ahead looking for a tire for our trailer, and they had the size we needed. I explained we wouldn't be in town until the next day and they wrote up the ticket and it was waiting when we arrived. Very quick and efficient. They were also very nice!
