I would recommend a stop if you need service on any commercial vehicles. The lady there was very sweet and helpful. They have a nice lounge area with a Tv and soft chairs. They even offered to make fresh coffee. The wait wasn't long even during lunch time and the prices for tire change wasn't too bad. The location is easy to access and not far from I-40.
Went to buy a new tire this morning and felt the customer service was lacking. I entered the store and greeted the two at the front desk with a “Good Morning”. No response so I waited in front of them at the desk while they were typing. After standing there for approximately 10 minutes, I left and went to a different tire store. I didn’t expect them to stop whatever they were doing but an acknowledgement that I was there and maybe a “Be with you soon” would have been nice.
Great service and great prices. Got my tire fixed quickly. Lobby was clean and comfortable!
