Your salesman came by my office this week and tried to convince me that I had called Southern Tire Mart and inquired about tractor trailer tires. He even had my name and he was adamant that I had called your business. I, in fact know, I have never called your business and now I definitely know I will never buy a tire from you. Later that afternoon I learned he had talked to one of my mechanics and he gave the salesman my name. I will not do business with people who are untruthful.
All i can say is Charles, thank you for the super service today. My tire replacement was fast and efficient at the same time getting a good laugh out of my tire situation. Thanks Charles/ superman. Spartanburg Sc location.
Poor customer service, they scratched my rim and the mechanic said nothing its like he didnt want to change my semi's steer tire he questioned why I wanted it changed so I showed him why and he was so negative, I mean with all do respect if Native Americans,Hispanics aren't welcome here just say so I would have taken the truck elsewhere...3 stars cause of the mechanic negative ways of treating me...other then that office staff are professional and welcoming...
