Isaac Gonzales (at the Girard Blvd location) was so helpful! We were able to get new tires for our RV installed same-day and he gave us a discount as first time customers! We were very happy with the price and the quality of the service. I would highly recommend this business!
Ricky Trejo was our saving grace! He went above and beyond to ensure we got our spare tire. We couldn't make it in time while we were traveling due to a late night emergency. He was very attentive and made sure we got taken care of! Isaac Gonzalez was amazing thank you again. I only had today off, everything is always closed when I'm off. He was able to fit me in on the same day even though they did not have the tires there. Isaac made it work they went and got the tires early in the morning and install them at noon. I appreciate you Isaac.
I can’t begin to explain how good of a tire shop this truly is. I went in to get my wife some tires, and the customer service I experienced from Leroy, was some of the best in the industry! After buying a set of tires for my wife’s car, I headed back to get another set for my car, how could I not with the service these guys provide! Slow leaking rear passenger tire. Had a screw in it. When I called about service Isaac answered and had me come in. He took care of the issue. Great customer service . Thanks for everything!! Will definitely be back if needed.
