Our driver had a catastrophic situation down the road from this location. I called the day before to make an appointment for an alignment, I was told no appointment needed as it is first come first serve, I drove 100 miles and turned down a load and was parked at the front door at 7:00 am just to be told they have no body that can do alignments that day!

The lady in front was amazing with working with me got me an out at the price I was quoted at an the boys in shop got to it most shops don't help hotshots in an out on a Saturday

I needed a coolant hose replaced that I purchased at kenworth. It was repaired very quickly. They were very professional, courteous and easy to get along with. All employees included- mechanics, service desk and manager. Thank you all.
