I needed a coolant hose replaced that I purchased at kenworth. It was repaired very quickly. They were very professional, courteous and easy to get along with. All employees included- mechanics, service desk and manager. Thank you all.

Truck would not start in fuel island. Since Southern Tire Mart has a monopoly on the property, we were stuck with their service. No other company can work on a vehicle there, they just have to be towed away. We begrudgingly agreed to use them for a diagnosis. Big mistake. "Technician" Armando informed us it needed a starter and wiring repairs. When asked, he said he checked all the fuses and they were good. Suggested towing to the dealer, which we did.
