I came to Southern Tire Mart at Pilot with my 2020 Cascadia for an alignment. They told me there was only one truck ahead of me and that I’d be next. After waiting over 3 hours, no one called me from the shop — and I could see there were no trucks in the bay. This is a waste of a trucker’s valuable time. To the owner: please stop hiring lazy workers and bring in professional staff who respect truck drivers and their schedules. Truckers don’t have hours to waste like this.
Jessie and Allen are the true MVPs. We had an issue with our tire gauge at 9:30pm and they were able to fix the problem. Super professional and helpful. Got us on the road within 30 minutes. Highly recommend these guys. And great personalities to top. Would give them a 10/10 if I could!
4 Star because i was Overchaged with 1) $12 each per each tire on Tire Disposal ($96 charged. Should be $72 for 6 tires Disposal) 2) $134 Sunday-Holiday Call Service I drove to shop n didnt call for dispatch service & why am i charged for it? also i kept 2 tires as back up tires n shouldn't charge for $24 (2 tires x $12) Other than that crew worked on my truck trailer fast & it only took 3 hours total for replacement of 8 tires. Thanks
A few months ago I went to this tire store asking to borrow a tool because I had a coolant leak and was missing a tool! I don’t remember the guys name who worked there, I think his name is Jensen. But he has glasses and is sort of young! This guy went to his personal tool box and let me borrow the Allen wrench needed for the job! Jensen and the guys at STM are absolute rockstars!! Not only do they do excellent work but the value is there. Took our Kenworth in for a hub axel seal repair and it was done before we knew it. Of all the shops around, I’m glad we were fortunate enough to be close to this one.
