This Southern Tire Mart makes me not want to use any other Southern Tire mart in the nation. Arrived at 1400ish for a simple trailer tire replacement (which was pre approvedby my company before i even got here). Its currently 1915 and I still haven't been brought into the shop. I keep being told im next yet they continue to bring other trucks in. I think I'll only use Speedco for now on.

Had a blown tire on my 2021 kenworth t680, they pulled me in as soon as I got here Jensen took his time to show me a few tires so I could go ahead and pick what was best suitable for me (which most repair shops dont care to do) Joe started working on it as soon as I picked the tires I want, they gave me a good price and even looked out for me by pointing out some other damages that happened during the blow out and helped me take care of that, this is the kind of people I hope to meet anytime I get out my truck, just good peo... read more
I came to Southern Tire Mart at Pilot with my 2020 Cascadia for an alignment. They told me there was only one truck ahead of me and that I’d be next. After waiting over 3 hours, no one called me from the shop — and I could see there were no trucks in the bay. This is a waste of a trucker’s valuable time. To the owner: please stop hiring lazy workers and bring in professional staff who respect truck drivers and their schedules. Truckers don’t have hours to waste like this.
I’m sorry but 5 hours to change the tire is way too long, with 1 truck in front of me, waisted my 5 hours of driving here waiting, the job that can be done in hour took 5, that place need more professional workers that take work serious and value truck drivers and their time.
