Justin, Cory, and Tyler were absolutely amazing getting my Ford Explorer in when I was almost 5 hours from home! They listened to my concern, I relayed to them what my mechanic husband thought the problem may have been, and were very quick to have me pull my car around to take a look! They worked very well together and consulted with each other just to make sure they were in agreement. Needed 2 trailer tires replaced and in process of checking in locked myself out of truck!! Austin and Billy got truck unlocked and into shop while in shop these 2 guys had to deal with our not so cooperative weekend Maintance team but through it all they were very patient and cool while dealing with some bullshit!! In the end these 2 deserve recognition from southern tire mart for going above and beyond and getting a driver in and out of there shop in an hour and that’s popping a door and changing 2 tires!!
