This place is absolutely incredible. They stand by everything they do. Even their estimates. I’ve been here many times and this time due to bad steering components and irregular wear I had to get all 10 tires replaced. Received an estimate and I didn’t go with the best tires. Have a ton of mileage on this truck (998,00) and don’t know how much longer I’m keeping it. Came in for a set of 4 trailer tires but found out I needed all 8. They made sure let me know what my options were and Corey even verified an issue with my trailer I'll have to get fixed elsewhere. The manager Dustin is a pleasure to work with. It's hard to explain in words how much I love this location so far. I recently visited Tire Mart in the evening after hours due to a screw in my tire (non-truck), and I received outstanding service! Dustin was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Despite the late hour, he quickly repaired my tire and had me back on the road quickly. I highly recommend Tire Mart to anyone in need of tire care or maintenance.
Came in for a screw in my steer. The guys there were super friendly and had a great sense of humor. Took me in right away. Turned out it wasn't a screw but a stud from a car tire, it didn't puncture my steer so I didn't need to replace it. The guys graciously and generously performed a road ready inspection for me in lieu of the time that would have been spent changing the steer tire. Thanks for the awesome service, I'll definitely remember this place when in the area and need assistance. And thanks for the hot sauce. 😁👍
They were amazing and gave outstanding service-they were professional and friendly ! They actually replaced my tail light on trailer at no charge ! Things went very fast at the desk and the wait time was minimal! Corey and the other mechanics are very good and do a great job !
