I went in last week and received exceptional service from Brian and his team. Brian went above and beyond keeping me well informed as the work was being completed! Hats off to a job well done by the Lake Point team at Southern Tire Mart!!
I stopped by here to get my front axle aligned. There was no line, but they took on trucks that arrived after me to repair. I lost 3.5 hours there. They did the diagnostics in 20 minutes, but they wanted to bill me for the alignment. Now I'm late for unloading. They work very slowly. I'm disappointed.

Brian is the Best ! Professional and talented- plus a great person- helped with our reefer and saved many many hours of work and $$$ time.
I went to the service to change the oil and remove the Check Engine on a new truck 2024 year, they couldn't remove the check engine. I left the service - opened the hood and saw leaking oil, a puddle of oil under the truck . Conclusion - they can't even change the oil normally. Disgusting service. I don't recommend going there even for an oil change.Location Salt Lake City
