I had a great experience here...the service was GREAT and FAST.The whole staff team was extremely polite and welcoming. Rick spoke with me and explained in great detail.....to make sure I was on the same page. The business was spic and span inside and OUT! Restrooms available as well as coffee in the lobby...I wish all shops were the same.

I am really surprised with the service I have received here at the Southern tire mart at Pilot workshop, since I entered without mentioning the problem with the Truck, Mr. Ricardo Rodríguez and Octavio Limon told me to bring the truck into the workshop and they immediately got to work and looked for the part I needed and it has been a wonderful experience. They have not taken even an hour and everything is ready, if they had this same service in the rest of the Pilots in the other States it would be very good, thanks to thes... read more
