I want to first say, that this shop is Amazing. Katie the Manager and Taylor the mechanic helped out me and my Family so Quickly. They got my blown tire repaired in 15min and even Balanced my tires on the quick ( On Easter Sunday) these to Amazing souls are a god sent to my family. I will Suggest this place 100 times over. Thank you Southern Tire Mart and A HUGE THANK YOU to Katie and Taylor.
Their response time for road calls is downright impressive. I expected to be waiting 2 hours. They got to me in 45 minutes. They didn't hesitate to get my trailer into a bay to take a closer look and do an in-depth inspection. They kept an open line of communication with me while I waited. The mechanics were very knowledgeable and managed to track down an odd part my trailer uses that is no longer on the regular market. As a former mechanic. I will definitely keep this place in mind in case of issues when in the area.
I had a blowout. My boss called Southern Tire. Katie called me to verify and ask a few questions. She couldn’t have been more courteous and kind. Anthony showed up, tire tool in hand. Where else is there a place open until 11pm all week long for tire services? They have walk ins and got me up and running within 30/40 min on a slow leaking tire. Great service and very budget friendly for simple and quick repairs.
We had a flat tire and called everyone in the area. This was the only place that not only answered our calls but was also extremely helpful and kind. Katie was absolutely amazing and gave some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The gentlemen who assisted us were also great.
