They got me in fast. Got the repair approved, and started doing the work immediately. Super clean. Their techs and service writer, were very nice. Very driver friendly. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I won't hesitate to use them again. Keep up the good work, STM.
I want to first say, that this shop is Amazing. Katie the Manager and Taylor the mechanic helped out me and my Family so Quickly. They got my blown tire repaired in 15min and even Balanced my tires on the quick ( On Easter Sunday) these to Amazing souls are a god sent to my family. I will Suggest this place 100 times over. Our tire blew on the side of the road 2 miles away from Southern Tire Mart at Pilot. We were 4 girls on the side of the road not sure what to do next. Katie saved the day! She not only checked in on us, but she drove out to check on us and make sure we were okay. They did not have our tire in stock, but she gave us recommendations about where to go and then to come back to them. Everyone needs a Katie on their side! Thank you Katie!!!
Their response time for road calls is downright impressive. I expected to be waiting 2 hours. They got to me in 45 minutes. They didn't hesitate to get my trailer into a bay to take a closer look and do an in-depth inspection. They kept an open line of communication with me while I waited. The mechanics were very knowledgeable and managed to track down an odd part my trailer uses that is no longer on the regular market. As a former mechanic. I will definitely keep this place in mind in case of issues when in the area.
I had a blowout. My boss called Southern Tire. Katie called me to verify and ask a few questions. She couldn’t have been more courteous and kind. Anthony showed up, tire tool in hand.
