Their response time for road calls is downright impressive. I expected to be waiting 2 hours. They got to me in 45 minutes. They didn't hesitate to get my trailer into a bay to take a closer look and do an in-depth inspection. They kept an open line of communication with me while I waited. The mechanics were very knowledgeable and managed to track down an odd part my trailer uses that is no longer on the regular market. As a former mechanic. I will definitely keep this place in mind in case of issues when in the area.
I had a blowout. My boss called Southern Tire. Katie called me to verify and ask a few questions. She couldn’t have been more courteous and kind. Anthony showed up, tire tool in hand. We had a flat tire and called everyone in the area. This was the only place that not only answered our calls but was also extremely helpful and kind. Katie was absolutely amazing and gave some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The gentlemen who assisted us were also great.

I seldomly give 1 star reviews, but the service here is just terrible. I'm the only person here currently for tires (automotive) no trucks or trailers In the shop, and have been here 2.5 hours and my tires aren't even halfway done. One guy out in the shop, and the two other techs are in the front office watching tiktoks. I used to work in a tire shop, and was able to knock most jobs out in an hour or less.
