I am so impressed with these folks at Southern Tire Mart at the Pilot in Troy IL! I had two separate maintenance visits over the course of 2 days and both experiences were exceptional. Every employee I dealt with was professional, courteous and respectful and took care of my problems very quickly. The staff here was Amazing!!! My brother blew a tire in his motor home, they said they didn’t usually work on them but if they had what we needed they would. They had it, fixed it and got everything replaced had us back on the road in no time. They were super friendly and helpful, and happy to play with my dog. Thank you so much for all the help!!
The best team I’ve ever seen. My flat tire had been changed in 15 minutes. It was too fast,I couldn’t enjoy my coffee though!!! Thanks guys for saving my time, my life and my ass👍👍👍
