Came in with a tire issue. The “Crew” Trey, Luke, DJ and Crystal were all Super Helpful. Found a bolt in my trailer tire. Bought 2 new tires and was on my way. They were Professional, Kind and Courteous. Extremely fast. One of the Best truckstop experiences I’ve had in 40 years. Shop was extremely clean also. Great service and fair pricing I would highly recommend, competitor told me 4 hours

From the beginning of my experience...they were all AMAZING...Management, Service Writer and Technician's were all Professional, polite, and really exceeded all of my expectations !! For those that follow me know that I don't give out 5 stars lightly, But this STM was efficient, quick and helpful Luke and Trey busted it out, and Tricia was awesome at reception, and funny. And know when you first see Tricia she is not sitting down. I'm just picking on her, you have an awesome day.
I came in with a missing mudflap guys was great. The technician” Luke” installed Gabby in and out pretty quick less than five minutes. I’m back on the road.
Huge shoutout to Luke and Trey at Southern Tire Mart in Troy, Illinois! They replaced my steer tires quickly and did an excellent job from start to finish. Super professional, efficient, and easy to work with. You can tell they know what they’re doing and respect your time. Highly recommend these guys if you need tire work done right!
