This Southern Tire Mart Nationwide is at the top of my list. From the beginning of my experience...they were all AMAZING...Management, Service Writer and Technician's were all Professional, polite, and really exceeded all of my expectations !! I went to go in to use the bathroom and they all stopped me and looked at me with big eyes and said where you going? I said to the bathroom. They said we don’t let truckers use the bathroom because you guys are disgusting and don’t clean up after yourselves. It’s not for public use. I said well put a sign up. And they said they did but can’t put it on the outside because the city said they can’t. Very bad experience with these guys!
I am so impressed with these folks at Southern Tire Mart at the Pilot in Troy IL! I had two separate maintenance visits over the course of 2 days and both experiences were exceptional. Every employee I dealt with was professional, courteous and respectful and took care of my problems very quickly. The shop and office is immaculate and they actually gave me the impression they truly care about doing a great job and pleasing their customer, which is definitely not the norm at truck repair facilities.
