Excellent service. Open late. Lucas was so kind and fixed the hole in the tire caused by an S hook imbedded. Tire was only 1 week old and we were on vacation and could not take it back to where we bought it. Lucas was very polite and patient and did a great job patching it. Thanks again Lucas
Open late! Which is good because we hit some debris on the road just after 5pm. Got a hook/tie down stuck in our new tire. They got the hook out, checked the tire. Patched it and we were on our way. 👍🏻 Lucas was great.
I came to the tire shop to repair a drive tire. I had a nail/screw inside one of my drive tires. By the time they got me into the shop the air leaked out from the tire and tire separated from the rim. They tried selling me a new tire. I said there’s nothing wrong with my tire. I showed them a video that the tire was inflated when I got there, but because they took too long, the air leaked out and wheel lost bead. Kyle, Kendall and the crew got us in and out in about 10 mins maybe less from check in to being done! They were quick and had some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time! They had us laughing after having a horrible day today and just plan bad luck! Please look into giving all these amazing guys that worked 4/28/2025 at around 7:20pm a pay raise!! These guys go above and beyond to help and get the job done! We had a flat right off the ramp. They sent a service tech to come save us. He followed us back to the Southern Tiremart and had us ready to roll again in less than 30 minutes. If you ever need a good tire shop, I would give them your business without hesitation knowing that you will get all of your needs met in a very fast turnaround. Thank you guys for all you did to help us!
