I am deeply regretting having done business with this vendor. Employee # 34302 has caused some serious issues because of his activist views. I stopped to have a tire repaired and he wanted to video the livestock in my trailer and when I wouldn't allow it he got angry and sent reports to several states including my my home using my personal info to have officials wanting to investigate his unsubstantiated and rediculous claims which were seen by the officials as also rediculous and an udder waste of enforcement resources. Office personnel Brandy was amazing, sweet, kind and reassuring.I didnt feel rushed, I was given a fair price on work done. Malik was very nice and a hard worker. Thank you for everything. Would highly recommend this place. The people and Service are 10/10
Went n for 2 new steer tires yesterday morning & also to have fixed a taillight that was out. There was no wait. They were quick with the tires, but they didn't look at my taillight at all. Said something to the clerk about it & she said she could go and tell them to check it out real quick, but I declined at that point. Today is when I noticed that my freaking hub cap is missing. So I guess w them being quick came with not properly securing my hub & now I'm out of pocket for another one.
Came in at 5:30 on a Sunday to get a tire changed. It took longer for payment to go through than it took them to change the tire. Very professional crew and easy to work with
Bought a brand new drive tire and got it installed, but they didn't tighten the valve core. I tire kept going flat. I called them about it, and they denied any wrongdoing. Rude customer service will not be doing business with them going forward. I went to Love's and got it fixed it.
