I had a set of tires already purchased for my vehicle, they replaced all 4 tires within 45 mins and it cost $155. This shop is more for commercial trucking. They do have road side assistance.
12/11/23 I stopped in for an evening PM. Billy Wilson and the boys took good care of me right away. They had great communication and were very thorough. Billy took me to inspect the oil level and also a quick peek that all filters were new and properly installed. They checked all my heavy fluids. I was very impressed not only with their professionalism but the way they actually cared about doing quality work. Southern Tire Mart is lucky to have these boys! I am quite lucky to have had them take care of my truck.
I had a blowout on I70 after most services were closed and was too far from home to drive there on the doughnut. I called Southern and TJ advised me to purchase a tire at Walmart and bring it to Southern and they would install it. Great advice and competent and quick service. Highly recommend to motorists in a pinch!!
OUTSTANDING!! Manager, Anthony, was prompt, efficient, provided clear communication, AND RAPID SERVICE. They really went above and beyond the ordinary "call of duty" handling a warranty issue. Im very impressed, AND VERY GRATEFUL!! My experience today affirms why I'm a STM customer for life!!
