I’m from South Bloomfield Ohio. I was delivering a car to Indianapolis, Indiana and I made it just about to Richmond and my tire blew out on my tow truck. I’ve called over 20 people and everybody kept telling me they won’t deal with 19 5 inch tires. I called them Explain my situation. They said no problem we’ll take care of you. That’s good customer service you guys are the best.
12/11/23 I stopped in for an evening PM. Billy Wilson and the boys took good care of me right away. They had great communication and were very thorough. Billy took me to inspect the oil level and also a quick peek that all filters were new and properly installed. They checked all my heavy fluids. I was very impressed not only with their professionalism but the way they actually cared about doing quality work. Southern Tire Mart is lucky to have these boys! I am quite lucky to have had them take care of my truck.

The customer service was exceptional; the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me. Not only that, but I was impressed by how quickly they got me in and out.
