Our car had an unexpected flat tire on a Friday night. I found Southern Tire Mart via google and spoke with Becca. She was patient, friendly, and helpful. We were able to receive help to get our car with the spare tire and eventually a new tire from a nearby shop. Ty and Tucker were extremely helpful in making sure we got back safely on the road. Thank you so much for all your help from the entire team. You are in good hands here.
This place is a joke horrible management horrible front counter work. The only thing that is any good at the shop as the people working out in the shop the people in the Offices and The people running the front desk are absolutely disgusting. They are a disgrace to this company. They are unprofessional. Something should be done. Do not refer anybody to southern tire Mart as this is a horrible place. 10/9/24 Stopped in to get a fuel filter changed on my APU and they noticed my altinator belt was loose and tightend it.I was surprised the didn't charge alot and am very thankful.Very nice people here!

I got a flat on my car on the interstate on my way home to Ohio. Southern Tire Mart were SO UNDERSTANDING and SO HELPFUL! They helped me buy a tire nearby, even shuttling me there to get it, and installed it in no time! They inflated all 4 tires and made sure I was good to go! They are wonderful, kind people who do great work! Many thanks to Jake, especially!
