Absolutely unprofessional attitude. After two visits, they failed to fix the issue, showing nothing but negligence. The part they installed turned out to be defective, and when I tried to go back to get it sorted, they had already shut down. As a result, I lost time, money, and ended up with a faulty part I paid for. The very next day, another shop fixed everything quickly and properly. Was on a road trip to Michigan just recently when the battery light on the dash came on. Stopped by this spot and the mechanics got us fixed up in no time, even though the car we were driving was a Kia Soul and very much not the kind of vehicle they usually work on. The guys on staff were extremely kind and friendly and went above and beyond when it came to helping us out. Came in desperate with a flat on a Mercedes Benz. Wicked pothole!! Kyle worked the phones and all his contacts to find me this rare tire size. Jake drove 3 hours round trip to pick it up and they got me back on the road for a very reasonable price. They were life savers!
