This place charges to change just one tire on a pickup truck what a shame. I was happy with you and the price of your service. They will tell you the price they think is right.
Absolutely unprofessional attitude. After two visits, they failed to fix the issue, showing nothing but negligence. The part they installed turned out to be defective, and when I tried to go back to get it sorted, they had already shut down. As a result, I lost time, money, and ended up with a faulty part I paid for. The very next day, another shop fixed everything quickly and properly. They came out to check my car for safety, aired up my tires, and thoroughly inspected for leaks or any issues. They made sure everything was good to go and got me back on the road quickly. Was on a road trip to Michigan just recently when the battery light on the dash came on. Stopped by this spot and the mechanics got us fixed up in no time, even though the car we were driving was a Kia Soul and very much not the kind of vehicle they usually work on. The guys on staff were extremely kind and friendly and went above and beyond when it came to helping us out. Our car had an unexpected flat tire on a Friday night. I found Southern Tire Mart via google and spoke with Becca. She was patient, friendly, and helpful. We were able to receive help to get our car with the spare tire and eventually a new tire from a nearby shop. Ty and Tucker were extremely helpful in making sure we got back safely on the road.
