I had a tire issue while traveling on the highway with my kids and stopped at Southern Tire Mart at Pilot for help. They came out to check my car for safety, aired up my tires, and thoroughly inspected for leaks or any issues. They made sure everything was good to go and got me back on the road quickly. Their kindness and professionalism were truly above and beyond. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of tire service!
Came in desperate with a flat on a Mercedes Benz. Wicked pothole!! Kyle worked the phones and all his contacts to find me this rare tire size. Jake drove 3 hours round trip to pick it up and they got me back on the road for a very reasonable price. They were life savers!
Was on a road trip to Michigan just recently when the battery light on the dash came on. Stopped by this spot and the mechanics got us fixed up in no time, even though the car we were driving was a Kia Soul and very much not the kind of vehicle they usually work on. The guys on staff were extremely kind and friendly and went above and beyond when it came to helping us out. If there were more stars I could better express my opinion. This business is not only the best shop in the area. This is the best shop I have ever dealt with in my life. If you take your business elsewhere. You missed an opportunity to not only get a very fair deal but make lifelong friends. By trusting this shop you have made an excellent decision. Our car had an unexpected flat tire on a Friday night. I found Southern Tire Mart via google and spoke with Becca. She was patient, friendly, and helpful. We were able to receive help to get our car with the spare tire and eventually a new tire from a nearby shop. Ty and Tucker were extremely helpful in making sure we got back safely on the road.
