On A Monday night I stopped to get 4 trailer tires. I was there approximately 1 hour and 17 minutes per my clock. Eric did the tires with professionalism. Thanks Eric for getting me in and out so quickly. Pricing is great! Especially when keep coming back!
administration pay attention to the staff as it's only rush hour the showers don't work there is no staff at the cash register you need to file a lawsuit all the time! reserve parking if you do it online then there are no more spaces there everything is taken nobody does anything just cancels and says I don’t care it’s your problem!!!!!!! worst PARKING SPACE
I believe their focus maybe primarily on roadside service because I made 2 attempts to have tires j stalled and nobody was there even though the sign on the door says they are open until 10pm. They do not make appointments it’s first come first serve or catch them when they’re at the building. After 2 attempts I went to Hammers in WF to have my tires installed. Sorry yall but this is my honest experience.
Very fair pricing and great work unfortunately I almost gave up on southern tire mart because of the ones back home in richland ms and Hattiesburg but provo utah and now this southern tire mart might of help me change my mind brain was very customer friendly and they did the work in a very decent amount of time and good price all owner op definitely try them out id say one of the best southern tire mart I been to
They changed the oil on my 2015 red Volvo yesterday. I wonder why I pumped out 2 gallons of oil from the engine . He ran the engine for couple minutes said the filters will fill up then heck the level . Of course I didn't see the dip stick, says on the bill .
