I believe their focus maybe primarily on roadside service because I made 2 attempts to have tires j stalled and nobody was there even though the sign on the door says they are open until 10pm. They do not make appointments it’s first come first serve or catch them when they’re at the building. After 2 attempts I went to Hammers in WF to have my tires installed. Sorry yall but this is my honest experience.
They changed the oil on my 2015 red Volvo yesterday. I wonder why I pumped out 2 gallons of oil from the engine . He ran the engine for couple minutes said the filters will fill up then heck the level . Of course I didn't see the dip stick, says on the bill .
The staff here is Awesome!! Very knowledgeable and helpful along with affordable repair prices. Highly recommend.
Had a road service necessity at about 7:30pm on 7/28. Amidst a torrential rainstorm and a tornado warning, I was contacted by Derrick and he told me he was on his way. In my 44 year trucking career I have dealt with many service techs. The thoroughness, professional attitude and plain friendliness that Derrick showed that night, was among the best I've ever experienced. Very bad service. 6 hours wait for tier change . First guy told will call in 30 min then i call back in hour then he said call u in few minutes then i call him agin he jus said i have no mechanic next shift start 3 pm then i will call u. And they change invoice 3 time first guy told me 350$ then another guy told me 362$ and at final they changed to 342.
