Needed a front steer and a buddy recommended this place to me over TA or speedco. Glad I came. I had called first to confirm they had a tire. Amanda answered and she had an awesome attitude! Very friendly! They had my tire in stock so I drive up here and they got me right in. The guys in the shop were quick and professional. I would definitely recommend this Southern Tire Mart. Just wanted to come on here and say there’s some good people working at this shop like Tayler Toby Brandon. I’m someone that likes to have things so I can try to take care of situations myself but in this situation I was missing at 3/8 quick connect but the shop didn’t have any, but he had one in his Personal bag and he gave it to me free of charge and it might’ve been a part that cost less than five bucks but to me it was something that I needed right there and then to get back on the road safely So Thank you I really appre... read more
The entire staff was more than pleasant and helpful. Charles was the tech who worked on my truck and I would highly recommend him for any future repairs when I’m back in the area. Amanda at the front counter was extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this STM at pilot for any needed repairs
Excellent service. The team is very friendly and respectful. It took them less than an hour to help me continue my route. What I liked most was the cleanliness and how organized they are. I highly recommend this place to take your truck in for service.
When I was finished getting gas at the Pilot station in Raphine VA, my car fob wouldn't start the car. I went to the Tire Mart there & Tyler replaced the battery in the fob. That got me going on my way to my destination. Thanks for your help! Very friendly group & helpful. 👍
