I had a flat tire at Weight Scale near by, called this place, explained to them that I am hauling moving trailer which has a smaller tire. They agreed to come out there to fix my tire, they gave me ETA of 45 min. After an hour, when they didn’t show up, I called and they informed me “we don’t do those tires” I asked how about letting me know? As they primarily do semi tractor trailers and trailer services they were very helpful on making sure that my questions were answered and I was getting the help I was seeking so for that I give them five stars for just taking the moment and making sure that they can accommodate me that I wouldn't be stranded on the side of the road so Southern tire Mart at pilot keep doing the great jobs guys really appreciate it so the next person!
We were in need of a tire change and they dispatched Kevin!!! Kevin is super friendly and he got the job done and it didn’t take long and he was so professional!!! 5 stars across the board!!!

$324.90 just in labor to change a steer tire on their parking lot. The tire was off the wheel, so it couldn't move a couple hundred feet to their bay. They have to change a service call anytime their service truck moves according to corporate, which is what we were told. I should have used a regular tire road service that quoted a little over a hundred for a service call. I have used STM quite a few times. I can't believe this location gouges truckers because they are convenient at the truck stop. I will never use STM again.... read more
