I had a blow out last night(1/14/26)on I-65S, on the trailer I was hauling back to Indianapolis. Tire shredded, and what was left wrapped around the rim, brake drum, and the axle. Called my company roadside #, and they arranged for your company to assist with getting me back on the road. Tony showed up within the ETA I was given, and quickly assessed what needed to be done. Awesome customer service. Staff @ shops are generally very rude. Anna was very polite and helpful. Bathroom was clean. Food was very good from Pilot.
