Saved me on my trip back to MD from NC. Very lucky to have been passing this shop when my valve stem failed. I didn’t catch the managers name, but special thanks to him for taking care of me on the spot and getting me back on the road quickly.
Very bad service!!! Women works ovethere very unprofessional. I’m ask her change the plug from hub cap and She is broken all😡. She is go to for new one and they are charge from me labor for 1,5 hours 187,50$. If they are broken everything why I need to pay. Stupid workers!!!
Tabby, Dustin and the crew took awesome care of my truck and I’m 💯 pleased with the outcome. Truly feel blessed my company sent me here for repairs on my Kenworth!!! I had to have my hub assembly and caliper replaced and she’s working perfectly after they completed repairs!!!😁 Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and provided comic relief for a stressful situation!!! I called a few days ahead of time, they opened a little late (day after Easter) but still was no issue, doors open was the first in line. I needed 2 steer tires, 1 trailer tire and a PM, they started a little after 08:00 was done by 11:00. The manager (Randy) and (Tamara) customer service was absolutely professional. The shop Tech's were no different! This is/will be my go to shop, have not had a bad experience with STM ever.
I normally don't have great experiences at truck shops but this time was different. Scott was a complete stud, was friendly on the phone, took his time to explain everything and even made suggestions that helped us out big time. We were back on the road within 30 minutes, awesome job brother, thanks for taking care of us!
