This place is horrible and the worker there is a person who should lose his job since there is no one, they are empty and they look for excuses so that they do not get more work. I think that this worker is dedicated to not wanting to use the tires that one brings so that you buy one there from him. There you may be a little more successful.
Great customer service. I had a slow leak. Ricky, a very nice man got me in right away. Much better service than American Tire.
I tried to use this tire shop because I blew 2 drive tires on my truck. I tried to get someone to the door after 8 this morning and couldn’t get anyone to answer even the phone and I watched the guy that works here drive service truck out and then back in. Instead I spent over $1600 at the loves even though there was a 3 hour wait. If y’all are going to have a business need to actually work instead of worrying about a service truck. I needed 2 new batteries installed on my Silverado 3500 . I called them at 8:30pm and was told to bring it in right then. The mechanic had me on my way home in an hour. The price was awesome. Thank you very much and I will use this business and will highly recommend them.
I tried to use this tire shop to replace trailer tire due to blow out and i had 2 spare tires, but the mechanic who did not want to give his name keep on giving excuses for not using my spare tires and was forcing me to buy 2 new tires from him, apparently he wanted me to leave because i did not want to buy tires from him so i went to Loves and they used my spare tire and replaced bad tire on my trailer even though they were busy but got me in quickly, so please avoid this place as they want to rip you off.
