We started out at American Custom Tire across the street from Southern Tire Mart where we encountered the worst customer service ever. Husband was so upset he checked Google for another tire repair place and found Southern Tire Mart. Talk about a complete about face. Carla the receptionist was kind and friendly. I tried to use this tire shop because I blew 2 drive tires on my truck. I tried to get someone to the door after 8 this morning and couldn’t get anyone to answer even the phone and I watched the guy that works here drive service truck out and then back in. Instead I spent over $1600 at the loves even though there was a 3 hour wait. If y’all are going to have a business need to actually work instead of worrying about a service truck. 8/20/25 what fantastic service these folks provided today! I dread going to a truck stop for tire repair cuz it always seems to take 3 to 4 hours. Today I pulled into this Pilot, walked into Southern Tire Mart and told them I needed four trailer tires replaced. The very nice lady behind the counter told me there was only one truck ahead of me and it wouldn't be that long. Well, I've heard that before, so I expected it to be a couple of hours. Extra customer service got me right in right out and found another bad tire and got me rolling less than an hour excellent job
We got towed here after road debris cracked our radiator and everyone was so helpful and nice. Will definitely return if needing any repair or maintenance done to our truck.
