8/20/25 what fantastic service these folks provided today! I dread going to a truck stop for tire repair cuz it always seems to take 3 to 4 hours. Today I pulled into this Pilot, walked into Southern Tire Mart and told them I needed four trailer tires replaced. Super happy with the service. We were experiencing a slow leak and had hundreds of miles to go through the desert. The team repaired our tire on the spot. Friendly service from Abraham and team. Sorry I didn't catch everyone's names.
I ran over a nail and started rapidly losing psi in one of my tires! It was super hot outside so thankfully I found this place in time. They had me pull into the garage right away, and had it done patched up in 20 minutes, tops! I was surprised at how great this place was! The people working here are good people. Very kind and generous. The 1 star reviews on here make me sad.
I had initially sent a review that was made in haste, and would like to change it. After a misunderstanding, I talked to Dakota and we were able to work things out. Thanks Dakota, I look forward to working with you in the future.
