I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Southern Tire Mart in Quartzsite, AZ was extremely disappointing. I brought my semi truck in for a wheel seal replacement. What should normally be about a 1 to 1.5-hour repair took over 5 hours. Throughout the repair, it appeared the technician lacked experience and repeatedly had to stop and ask the manager what to do next. Ricky was a Saviour like an angel. He was so patient and fast and didn’t give up. I was stranded on the 10 west freeway in the middle of nowhere where for hours. Ricky rescued me and replaced my tire with a donut. I didn’t have lock key for log nuts so it was a difficult task. I appreciate him so much. Let me know there are good people in this world. We started out at American Custom Tire across the street from Southern Tire Mart where we encountered the worst customer service ever. Husband was so upset he checked Google for another tire repair place and found Southern Tire Mart. Talk about a complete about face. Carla the receptionist was kind and friendly. I had a blow out on my 21” Tesla Model S rear tire while I was pulling into the exit, which made the car undriveable. While I had a replacement tire, their machine was not able to handle a tire swap on this passenger car rim size. Nonetheless, they went above and beyond and let me borrow a jack and jack stands for me to take the tire/rim off the car to take it down the street to get it swapped. Patrick showed up after getting a blow out on trailer. It took him a total of 15 minutes to change out tire. The quickest this side of the Mississippi. Thanks Patrick for your fast and hard work. Totally recommend them
