Adam from Southern Tire Mart was my literal angel on Friday night. Heading to my hometown, 2 hours in and 2 hours to go, I have a blowout off of 38 and pull onto a side road. I immediately call AAA and they say someone will be there at 6:10 - over an hour later. 6:30 comes around and no one… long story short they never got a service provider to come out. After weeks in needing assistance with my hood, mr William Parnell customer service was outstanding and was able to fixed my hood. He is a great example of how shops were back in the day. Thank you mr William for all your help
My mom and me are from North Carolina and we came down not realizing that one of her front tires was pigeon tailing and also one of my front tires was pigeon tailing. It’s almost midnight and we have to drive back to North Carolina and these guys offered to rotate them for us for free. Mom had a particularly worrisome issue and he tried his best to fix it for her. I had wheel locks without a key and they still managed to help. Awesome guys, thank ya’ll so much.
