Stopped for a repair, Shelly greeted me at 6 am when they opened. She got me in a bay right away. They handled everything on their end from there. Luke and Connar were the techs working on the repair, both were polite and fast in the repair. Would definitely recommend this shop. Overall pleasant experience.
Great people. Courteous, professional and efficient. Shelly at the desk (?) was friendly and engaging and Luke the Tech reassuring and helped to get me back on the road within no time. You are appreciated
My company sent me to the Blacksburg location because of brake issues on my tanker trailer. Tyler, Casey and the whole crew were courteous, kind and professional. They were adamant that certain DOT regulations be adhered to in the repair process for the safety of myself my load and the public. They bent over backwards to acquire difficult to find parts and got me back on my assignment in a truly heroic fashion.
This is my 2nd time at this location and I was immediately greeted by C. Fowler and his team. I anticipated a long wait since they had a vehicle in the bay. After C. Fowler gave me a great recommendation for my steer tire for exactly what type of driving I do on the regular we picked out a tire and got me into a bay in less than 30 mins. Stopped in to have batteries checked because we had to jump our truck off this morning. We had purchased 4 new batteries back in January from Southern Tire Mart(Pilot) in IN and they were still under warranty. This location was on our route and we called before going. K.C. said to come on by and they would check them. We were pulled into the bay immediately and they got to us fast despite being understaffed.
