I can’t say enough good things about Southern Tire in Blacksburg, SC. I was already having a horrible week when my semi started making a terrible noise, and honestly, I was down on my luck and at the point where I felt done with trucking and just done with everything. All of these positive reviews are so accurate! I received 3 used trailer tires in good shape, installed for a total of less than $1000 which is amazing. Everyone was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They also spoke very honestly to people who called in about wait times and service eta , even when they could not help customers in their time frame they showed integrity. the whole Saturday afternoon until 6pm nobody was at the shop, maybe they need more workers. Otherwise the service guys are great.
This place is absolutely amazing. From the moment I came in with a flat tire and was greeted by Ms. Shelly, I received outstanding customer service. I was shown what caused the issue and why a repair was needed by a young gentleman in the shop who explained the situation throughly. Even with 2 other trucks in front of me, they still got me in and out within 45 mins.
