I went there just to get an oil change. I waited for more than 20 minutes before they told me they didn’t have the filter. I told them I had my own filter and brought it to them, and then the employee told me the technicians were “busy” and that I would need to wait 3 hours — even though the shop was completely empty with no trucks inside. Very poor service and unprofessional behavior. I do not recommend this place at all.
Absolutely incredibly caring folks work here. We were at a rest stop having an issue getting our spare tire off, Charlie lended us some tools and texted her boss to let them know we were headed their direction. First class treatment from the moment we walked in the door! We got to pull into a shaded bay and they even offered us water for our horses. Thank you!!
Absolutely great people I will always come back here if I’m in the area. John got me in right away at 6 AM when they opened. Dale worked on my truck and did a great job quick friendly and very reasonably priced! Thanks again for everything
We got a flat truck tire on the freeway while towing our fifth wheel — and of course, it was a Sunday. We called to see if they could help, and they were able to send someone out fairly quickly. The technician was very nice and polite. He had to remove the rim, take it to get a new tire put on, then bring it back and install it. These guys are angels in disguise! I pulled in on a Sunday with a leaking tire. They were already busy but made time to get my RV in. I wish I got the mechanic's name! He figured out the problem in just a few minutes and had us on our way. Lobby was clean, bathrooms were clean. Staff was professional and courteous. Great experience!
