I 100% recommend Southern Tire Mart if you have any kind of problem with your truck or trailer. They will definitely help you. They assisted me in repairing my equipment and getting me back on the road. Jayson was our mechanic; he is very professional and attentive. He explained the entire diagnostic process step by step. All of their staff treat you with the respect a truck driver deserves, and the prices are great, very fair. They truly were our angels on the road, far from home. Thank you! I went there just to get an oil change. I waited for more than 20 minutes before they told me they didn’t have the filter. I told them I had my own filter and brought it to them, and then the employee told me the technicians were “busy” and that I would need to wait 3 hours — even though the shop was completely empty with no trucks inside. Very poor service and unprofessional behavior. I do not recommend this place at all.
Highly recommend these guys with any tire needs. My husband came in about 8:30 pm needing a patch in his huge mud tires from Louisiana, they patched it up free of charge! It is much appreciated
Absolutely great people I will always come back here if I’m in the area. John got me in right away at 6 AM when they opened. Dale worked on my truck and did a great job quick friendly and very reasonably priced! Thanks again for everything
Absolutely incredibly caring folks work here. We were at a rest stop having an issue getting our spare tire off, Charlie lended us some tools and texted her boss to let them know we were headed their direction. First class treatment from the moment we walked in the door! We got to pull into a shaded bay and they even offered us water for our horses. Thank you!!
