I had an issue with my truck overheating temp. And then stopped to check it. The next thing that happened is my hood wouldn’t close. They were nice enough to help get my hood closed and found there was nothing really wrong with the thermostat. It may have just stuck because of the cold. This is the best truck shop in the USA- always warm and friendly environment no matter if it's in-shop or over phone. The staff is extremely polite and professional. I would highly recommend to all trucking companies to get service from this shop and STM shop chain.
Amazing customer service and great technicians I had Alex great dude had a problem with my trailer tires and they came quickly and fixed it and had answers to my question very professional and amazing people would recommend 10/10
On my way back from Flaming Gorge towing a 35 foot boat i got a flat. Realizing my tire key didn’t fit, we called around. I should note, yes, i should have checked this while towing something that big and making sire i’m prepared but things happen. We called Southern and they said they were 3 hrs out which is understandable. We asked if we could come get a key and give collateral which they said no.
